whether sticky, free-flowing, or floodable the Model 455 Weigh Feeder can be
configured to deliver them reliably and accurately in any environment. The 455
is available in capacities up to 900 tons per hour.
EASY MAINTENANCE
The Model 455 is
designed to last the life of the plant. It requires less down time for
calibration, maintenance or replacement of parts. Idler roll bearings are sealed
for life and never need lubrication.
ACCURACY
Merrick has
designed a system that is repeatable up to +/- 0.25% of set rate, at two sigma,
based on at least two belt revolutions and 1,000 counts on the master totalizer.
In addition, totalized weight readings will be accurate to within +/- 0.25% of
test weight.
