EASY INSTALLATION

The 275 mounts easily into your conveyor stringers using only (4) bolts. The 275 uses (2) single point load cells with the HH 436A integrator. the mountings can be modified for installation onto mobile crushers.

CONSTRUCTION

The 275 is constructed using a powder coated mild steel modular design. A stainless steel version is available as an option.

ACCURACY

The 275 is accurate to +/- 1% of totalised load over a 3:1 design capacity. It can be calibrated by static weights or a material test.

LOAD CELL

10V DC @ 60mA max, up to (2) 350 ohm load cells rated at 250 kg max. load cells are mounted in compressions for optimum accuracy.

POWER SUPPLY

• 85 - 264V AC or 9 - 36VDC

TACHO

• 12V DC @ 15mA max short circuit protected.

TACHO INPUT

• Digital shaft encoder or Digital photo electric sensor.

TOTALISER

• Resettable and Non-Resettable totaliser.

OUTPUTS

• 0 - 10V or 4 - 20mA

SERIAL OUTPUTS (optional)

• RS232 or RS422/485

PRINT INPUT

• Volt free contact to switch 12V @ 3mA
